Gary Community Health Center is a new 30,000 square foot building on 5th Avenue in downtown Gary, Indiana.  The ground floor houses a FQHC community health center with primary care and separate OB/Gyn clinics and a dental clinic.  The 2nd floor contains community meeting rooms, rental offices for community service agencies and administrative offices.
