PCC's Austin Family Health Center is a LEED-Gold, 18,000+ square foot community health center on Chicago's west side.  The ground floor houses a Fedrally Qualified Community Health Center while the 2nd floor contains community meeting rooms, dental suite, behavioral health services as well as administrative offices.

An extensive green roof system was installed on the building to reduce thermal loads and help mitigate storm water runoff.  Pictures and more information on this system can be found here.

Chicago Building Congress 2011 Merit Award for Construction under $15 Million.  The citation states:  "This project displays distinctive design, outstanding construction and a positive impact on the surrounding community".
